Sesa Naturals supports delivery in Ghana, the United Kingdom, selected European destinations, North America, Australia, selected West African countries, and the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability depends on the destination, product type, courier availability, customs requirements, and order size.
Ghana deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, subject to product availability, customer location, courier availability, and payment confirmation.
United Kingdom deliveries are usually estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on courier timelines, customs handling, customer location, and order size.
International care product delivery is usually estimated at 7–14 business days for the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates; 10–18 business days for Australia; and 5–12 business days for Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, and Senegal. Delivery cost and timing may vary depending on destination country, order weight, courier option, customs requirements, and product type.
Delivery fees are estimated and may vary depending on customer location, package weight, courier availability, customs requirements, and destination country. Final delivery cost will be confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.
Fresh juice should be kept chilled after delivery. Customers should avoid leaving juice in heat, direct sunlight, or unrefrigerated conditions for extended periods.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered because of incorrect details, Sesa Naturals will contact the customer to resolve the issue where possible.
If a customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply depending on location, product type, courier method, and delivery arrangement.
