Fresh juice handling
Fresh juice should be kept chilled after delivery. Customers should avoid leaving juice in heat, direct sunlight, or unrefrigerated conditions for extended periods.
Incorrect delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered because of incorrect details, Seesa Naturals will contact the customer to resolve the issue where possible.
Missed delivery
If a customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply depending on location, product type, and delivery arrangement.
