This policy explains how Seesa Naturals handles order issues, damaged items, incorrect products, and refund requests.

Fresh and perishable products

Fresh juice products are perishable. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of fresh juice once delivered unless there is a clear issue with the order.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Seesa Naturals within 24 hours of delivery. Include your name, order details, and clear photos where relevant.

Refund eligibility

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • An item was missing from the order.
  • A product arrived damaged or unusable.
  • A fresh product issue was reported within 24 hours with supporting details.

Non-returnable items

  • Fresh juice that has been opened, consumed, stored incorrectly, or reported late.
  • Products damaged after delivery through misuse, heat exposure, or poor storage.
  • Items where the customer changed their mind after delivery.

Approved refunds or replacements

Where a refund or replacement is approved, Seesa Naturals may offer a replacement item, partial refund, full refund, or order credit depending on the issue.

How refunds are processed

Approved online payment refunds will be processed back through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and customer bank.
